VAT is included in the price by currently 25%.

Payment option

- Invoice

When paying by invoice, we cooperate with Collector Bank AB.to trade against invoice, you must provide your personal identity number or company registration number. A prerequisite for trading against invoice is that you are registered in the Register of registered citizens in Sweden and are over 18 years old. You must not have any credit history. All invoices are transferred by the Sofa Store to Collector Bank AB.

Customary credit assessment takes place after the personal data is provided at the checkout, in some cases this means that a credit report is taken. A copy of the credit report will then be sent to your home.

Terms of payment are 30 days. In case of late payment, the agreed and statutory reminder fee is charged. Interest on late payments is 2% per month.
In case of non-payment, the invoice is handed over to the debt collection office.

Through our cooperation with

Collector Bank AB allows you to sign an account credit agreement and thereby be able to part-pay your purchase. Select the credit time by checking the campaign option that suits you best. The purchase can always be paid in full at any time before the maturity date.

Standardised European consumer credit information (SEKKI)

- Card

Payment by card is made according to the current rules for online payment in Sweden and the EU.
We use Mondido's hosted PCI-DSS certified card payment solution.

We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard. The money will be deducted from your account at the time of the order.

All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) very securely encrypted.
No card numbers are saved. We use the latest security technology for online credit card payments 3D-Secure - a standard developed by VISA and MasterCard with the intention of safely validating the consumer when buying online.

Delivery time

The delivery time is indicated on the website under the respective product. Note! The specified delivery times are based on a cut. Single products may have longer delivery time than stated in the shopping cart. When ordering upholstery furniture, we send an email to the customer indicating a preliminary delivery time to our transit warehouse. If you have ordered home delivery of your stop furniture, you can expect another approximately 2-4 days delivery time after the goods have been paid. Home delivery takes place after the full value of the goods paid.

If the item is in stock, you can count on about 2-4 days delivery time to the nearest post office. Normally applicable to all product categories except upholstered furniture. Note! Occasional exceptions may occur. We will notify you if the delivery time would be longer than stated on the website.

Note! During the summer and Christmas period, the factories are normally closed. During these periods, there may be sharp deviations from the specified delivery time.

 

Delivery method

We send orders as Postal Parcel / letter / bus goods or with your specified supplier. Delivery takes place daytime - evening driving is an additional service. The price of evening driving differs depending on the scope and weight.
We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company. Note! All deliveries are made by single-staffed car-i.e. carrying aid / Assembly / removal of packaging is not included. These are additional services that must be communicated to us at the time of the order. The receiving customer has a duty of investigation-you have to call the goods so that it is not damaged. Report damaged goods immediately to the driver/freight forwarder.

 

Shipping

The shipping cost of an order is charged according to the actual weight, this is done automatically in the online store and the cost of shipping is reported at the checkout. Pricing is done after DHL's mail and package portal table. At order value exceeding SEK 2500 we offer the shipping cost.

Warranties and service

We sell all products with three (3) years right of complaint according to the consumer purchase act.

 

Claim and right of return

It is always warranty on the products you buy. If you can prove that there is a manufacturing defect on the product, you always get new parts, but the warranty does not apply in case of wear damage. You pay the return freight yourself. For a refund-enter your postal Giro, Bank Giro, personal account or bank account number. Returns should be sent as letters or parcels, not on cash on delivery. Due:
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will pay back what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date on which we received the goods or, if it is a service, the notification that you have changed your mind. You have to pay the return costs when you return the goods. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.

Withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days if you purchased through the website under the act on distance and off-premises contracts. Your message to us must clearly state that you change your mind. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the goods or a substantial part of it. If the contract concerns a specially manufactured product - or a product that has a clear personal touch, no withdrawal period applies. This includes, among others.a ordered sofas where you have chosen fabric based on picture or fabric sample. About 14 days have passed since receipt of your item or goods, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

You do not have a right of withdrawal if:
- the service started/the product started to be manufactured during the withdrawal period with your consent,
- the price depends on the fluctuations of the financial market, for example, a share;,
- the goods cannot be returned because of their nature,
- the seal was broken on the product or used. You as a customer are responsible for return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial payments are granted (if applicable)
Product with clear signs of use.
Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault
All items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of acceptance or rejection of your return.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund within 14 days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take time before your refund is officially published.
Then contact your bank. There is often a certain processing time before a return is refunded.

Goods on sale (if applicable)
Only goods at regular prices can be refunded. Sale items can not be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same, please send us an email at info@thesofastore.se and send your item to: the Sofa Store, Hornsgatan 84, 11821 Stockholm, Sweden.

Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift when it was purchased and sent directly to you, you may receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. When the returned object is received, a gift certificate is sent to you.

If the product was not marked as a gift when the product was bought, or the goose gave the order to give it to you later, we shall send the return to the go-payer and the latter will be informed of the return.

Freight
To return your product, send your product to : The Sofa Store, Hornsgatan 84, 11821 Stockholm, Sweden

You will be responsible for paying for your own freight costs to return your object. The freight costs are not repaid. If you are receiving a refund, the rate of return from your repayment is deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanging product can reach you.

If you are sending a over 500 SEK, you should consider using a traceable consignment or to buy insurance. We don't guarantee that we will get your returned object.

Injury on packages and unbearable packages

If you are covering damage to the package, you must immediately notify this to the post office or any other carrier and to make a claim. Don't bring out a damaged package! Do not discontinue the injury until you have opened the package, and the damage is of the nature that it can be attributed to the mail or transport company's handling, contact them and make a claim. If any dispute with the post or transport undertaking cannot be resolved, you are in contact with us.
If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before it goes back to us (package about 1 month, letter 14 days), we will invoice you 350 SEK for our work with handling of the goods.

 

Information on the website

We have done everything in our power to avoid errors on the website. However, there may be errors and incomplete information in texts, images, graphics and other material. In such cases and to the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for any damages arising therefrom, unless such damage is the result of gross negligence or wilful negligence on our part.

It is our intention to accurately reproduce the goods available for sale on this website. However, it is not possible to guarantee that the colors in this website accurately reflect the true colours of the goods. These anomalies may be due to your computer's color and image settings, so we can't guarantee that the colors are exactly the same as on your computer screen. Where possible, we are happy to send you samples of fabrics - but there are variations in colours quite naturally as all color baths are different from natural causes. If you order a sample, expect that there will be differences in colour baths. Especially in cheaper fabrics and fabrics that are sandwashed there are large differences in color / shade / structure.
